Structural chart of power in society especially in educational institutions. Educational institutions all have the implications of simulating the work of power. Students learn the existence of power. Submissiveness and the use of those powers are exercised through seniority and experience, consciously and unconsciously. This diagram simulates the existence of power in two overlapping contexts. These events are the same actions, just in different places and times. All of these reflect the small powers in everyday life that can lead to bigger powers like the system of governance.
